Kin Sky Studio is an architecture and design practice led by Alexey Shamovsky. The studio focuses on residential, public, commercial, interior and urban work, with BIM and visualization used as practical tools for clearer decisions.
The studio rests on one observation. Projects succeed when a single responsible person holds the whole picture at once: the client's life, the logic of the plot, the demands of the committee, the habits of the builder.
The studio now takes a limited number of projects each year, from a single room to a neighbourhood plan. Each one gets undivided attention.
Design philosophy
Listen to the place. Then draw.
The studio does not arrive with a style. It arrives with questions about light, climate, slope, regulation, and above all about how the people involved actually live. What comes out is quiet, durable and specific. Move one of these buildings to another plot and it loses its reason to exist.
The approach holds at every scale. A stair detail and a neighbourhood plan are one discipline at different magnifications. Both succeed when daily life gets simpler, calmer, a little more generous.
